What is AliExpress FEATURED BRANDS
AliExpress FEATURED BRANDS is a platform for suppliers to sell branded products on AliExpress. Every AliExpress FEATURED BRANDS supplier has a badge in their store pages, so you can easily recognize them. To join AliExpress FEATURED BRANDS, these suppliers have promised to provide certain minimum service standards and take corresponding actions for breaching those standards including giving refunds to buyers. AliExpress FEATURED BRANDS suppliers promise to provide following services standards for their sales on AliExpress:
If a FEATURED BRANDS supplier has failed to fulfill the above service standards in an AliExpress order, buyer may claim a refund or take other punitive measures against the supplier according to the following rules.
Authenticity Guaranteed
AliExpress FEATURED BRANDS suppliers promise that they will only list and sell products that are genuine brand name items on AliExpress. If a buyer receives a product that is fake or not manufactured by the brand owner from a Premium supplier in an AliExpress order, the buyer may file a complaint against the FEATURED BRANDS supplier and claim refund from the FEATURED BRANDS supplier. The refund for a successful complaint is 3 times the value of the order (shipping not included) that is the subject of the complaint.
Claim Conditions:
- 1. The supplier must be an AliExpress FEATURED BRANDS supplier.
- 2. The items being complained of are under an AliExpress order.
- 3. After the buyer has received the items, the buyer must file a complaint on the ground of "Authenticity Guaranteed" not later than 15 calendar days from the date when the order is closed.
Claim Process:
- 1. If your case satisfies all of the above conditions, please click "refund" button in your order status page and explain your case. Please provide the details of the AliExpress order.
- 2. AliExpress will ask both the buyer and FEATURED BRANDS supplier to submit supporting documents and will make a determination based on the evidence received.
- 3. If AliExpress determines that the products sold by FEATURED BRANDS supplier under the order are not genuine brand items, we will award compensation up to 3 times the value of the order (shipping not included) to the buyer.
24 Hour Dispatch
AliExpress FEATURED BRANDS suppliers promise that they will dispatch items under sample orders on AliExpress within 24 hours after the confirmation of buyer's payment for the order. Otherwise, the buyer can cancel the order at will and claim refund. The FEATURED BRANDS supplier will also receive a warning from AliExpress for each dispatch delay. If a FEATURED BRANDS supplier has such dispatch delays for 3 or more times in a month, AliExpress may revoke the supplier's AliExpress FEATURED BRANDS status. Note that the 24 hour dispatch rule is applicable for sample orders only (i.e., orders for a few sample products). Large orders will take longer lead time to prepare the products and therefore are not covered under this rule.
Claim Conditions:
- 1. The supplier must be an AliExpress FEATURED BRANDS supplier.
- 2. The items being complained of are under a sample order on AliExpress. Generally speaking, AliExpress will not consider an order for more than [5] pieces of products a sample order.
- 3. The buyer must file a complaint on the ground of "24 Hour Dispatch" not later than FEATURED BRANDS suppliers send out the items and update the tracking number online.
- 4. The FEATURED BRANDS supplier's tracking information for dispatch of the sample order is not provided by FEATURED BRANDS supplier on AliExpress within [24 hours] after AliExpress confirms receipt of buyer's payment.
Claim Process:
- 1. If your case satisfies all of the above conditions, please request cancellation of the sample order and get your refund by clicking the Cancel Order button from your Order Management page on AliExpress.
- 2. The supplier should agree to an order cancellation. If not, please click "refund" button in your order status page and explain your case. Please provide the details of the AliExpress order.
- 3. If AliExpress determines that the FEATURED BRANDS supplier is in breach of the 24 Hour Dispatch rule, we will cancel the order and refund the order amount to the buyer subject to deduction of the bank charges.
Free Return Shipping
AliExpress FEATURED BRANDS suppliers promise to offer free return shipping for AliExpress orders if buyers receive items that do not match their online descriptions posted on AliExpress. When the conditions for the claim are met, buyer can return the items to the supplier at no cost. After the supplier confirms receipt of the returned items, the order payment will be refunded to buyer.
Claim Conditions:
- 1. The supplier must be an AliExpress FEATURED BRANDS supplier
- 2. The items being complained of are under an AliExpress order.
- 3. The buyer must file the complaint before buyer confirms receipt of the items under the order being complained of on AliExpress. The order status must still not be "closed".
- 4. The buyer must not alter the items in any way. The differences between the items received and the online description on AliExpress should be noticable - such as discrepancies in shape, color, or function .
Claim Process:
- 1. If your case satisfies all of the above conditions, please request cancellation of the order and refund by clicking "Open Dispute" button from the Order Management page on AliExpress. Please explain your case in the email.
- 2. AliExpress will ask both the buyer and FEATURED BRANDS supplier to submit supporting documents and will make a determination based on the evidence received.
- 3. If AliExpress determines that the items the buyer received under the AliExpress order do not match their online description on AliExpress, AliExpress will confirm to the buyer that the order will be cancelled and the buyer should return all of the items received to the supplier using one of these logistics companies (EMS, DHL, UPS, FEDEX, S.F.Express ) within 7 days of AliExpress' notification. The buyer will need to pay for logistics fees first but will be reimbursed later.
- 4. After the supplier receives the returned items, AliExpress will refund the order payment along with the return logistics cost to the buyer (subject to deduction of bank charges).
- 5. If the buyer does not return the items 7 days of AliExpress' notification or using one of the above mentioned logistics companies, the compensation will not be cancelled.
